Join Samantha Baldwin and Lisa Moroz to be your guides into the underbelly of the season as we delve into a Samhain celebration dedicated to embracing your magick and honouring the past. This enchanting evening will guide you through the creation of personalized spell jars (all materials supplied) to manifest your deepest desires, followed by an Akashic Records journey, *Behind the Veil*, where we’ll reflect on our legacy and connect with the wisdom of our ancestors. The evening will conclude with a soul-soothing sound bath, leaving you grounded and aligned with the energies of this sacred season. Step into your power, honour the departed, and tap into the mysteries of Samhain.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or any other comforts for your rest nest. We also invite you to wear comfy clothes or your most enchanting dress to captivate the spirit of the night!

Guides
Samantha Baldwin is an eclectic witch who has displayed psychic gifts since childhood. Although she avoided these gifts until adulthood, she is now actively embracing them. Samantha is a Tarotist, Akashic reader, sound healer and writer who is passionate about guiding women into the underworld to integrate their shadows and activate their womb power. During her time as a yoga Teacher, she began playing Alchemy bowls for her students, she also started playing them on the bodies of her Reiki clients. Samantha discovered her yoga students were able to drop into their practice on a deeper level without the "monkey mind" and her Reiki clients were able to release unwanted energy at a rapid, yet gentle rate. She has gone on to study the science of sound and teach people how the power of their own voices is the most powerful sound healing tool! Samantha teaches how sound and our pelvic floors relate and that if we release trauma, we free our voices. Samantha's collection of crystal alchemy bowls has grown and she has gone "on tour" to play countless sound baths all over Alberta as well as co-facilitates sound healing retreats.

Lisa Moroz is the founder and owner of the Foothills Wellness Retreat. She began her wellness journey in 2018 which led to realizing a need for healing through self-awareness. On this path, she has experienced first hand what Yoga, Meditation and Wellness Retreats have to offer towards self-awareness and healing. Yoga Nidra was foundational for allowing stillness to be present, which was the medicine for awareness, curiosity, healing and change, to ultimately live a happier and healthier life. Through passion and personal growth, Lisa obtained her certifications as a Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher. Currently, Lisa and her husband Todd offer Yoga/Nidra with Sound Bath classes, as way to give back to others what truly helped create her own healing journey.

The Foothills Wellness Retreat is in support of the Rowan House Society. We will donate $2.50 from each Retreat ticket sale directly to the Rowan House.

We will also collect any items donated from the Rowan House wish list during all of our events.

Refund and Modification Guidelines:
We appreciate your understanding that Foothills Wellness Retreat passes are non-refundable. Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, our refund and modification guidelines are crafted with fairness in mind for both our participants and our business. Passes are transferable to another individual, subject to approval and adjustments by the Foothills Wellness Retreat administration. Should the Foothills Wellness Retreat need to cancel the event, we will extend the choice to participants of either receiving a refund or being credited for an upcoming event. Your flexibility and cooperation in such situations are sincerely appreciated.
