The Dance of Emotions: Our inner guidance system
Presenter: Theresa White
Warrior Arts

Everyone has the gift of experiencing a full range of emotions during their lifetime. Emotions are a direct line of connection to our heart and soul. They are intense, require interpretation and presence, and demand attention. The contrast of emotions is what makes us fully human and feel alive! If we listen deeply, our heavier emotions will guide us to discover what is wrong, what we need, and exactly what to do about it. The lighter emotions uplift the heart and expand our perceptions and connection to the world around us. This 90-minute workshop provides an opportunity to move and connect to your physical/emotional rhythms, through yoga postures and movement, breath, sound, meditation, and vibrations from the Symphonic GONG. This is the time to acknowledge your inner guidance system and how emotions are here to serve and work for YOU so you may live your best life!

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any other comfort items.

This is the time of year when we can emerge from our wintery cocoons and express our creative selves and new beginnings. We will begin by casting a circle and calling in the elements, creating a space of protection and unity, engage in meaningful connection to reflect on the seeds you wish to plant or express in your life. We will conclude with an exploration of Tarot; The Fool and the Ace of Pentacles. This intimate and transformative ritual will connect you to the magick of Spring and embrace possibility and potential.
